Plan a trip everyone can afford

Agree on a per-person budget before choosing a destination. Include transportation, lodging, meals, activities, and a buffer. Track who paid each shared expense so the final split is transparent. This planner records expenses; it does not transfer money.

1. Use the same assumptions

Compare destinations with the actual number of travelers and nights. Transport and activities are entered per person; lodging is the total for the group.

2. Include meals and a buffer

Meals use nights plus one day. The percentage buffer applies to transport, lodging, meals, and activities combined. Enter estimates in USD; there is no live currency conversion.

3. Record who paid

Shared expenses are split equally among all names on the current traveler list. A positive balance means someone paid more than their share. A negative balance means they owe the group. These are records, not payment transfers.

4. Keep everyone informed

Export a report for your group. This version saves in one browser and does not offer live collaboration, voting, booking, or automatic reminders. Share updated reports when plans change.
